We had an amazing stay in Sardinia. Anastasia was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The house and the surrounding area are more beautiful than the pictures. 360 view of the mountains and ocean. The pool was spotless and had daily maintenance. Short drive to Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia and La Maddalena Islands.

We were welcomed to the house by Anastasia who showed us around, and had some essentials already in the kitchen for us to snack on. The place is more remote, up a winding hillside, but 15-20 minutes to anything you need — markets are closer, some beaches a bit further, but the calm of the house and the 360-degree views are everything. Pool is lovely, bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Highly recommend — a lovely touch was the flexible check-out on our departure day. We loved our stay.

This beautiful home is perfectly located for you to explore Costa Smeralda. Anastasia and her son were incredibly responsive and very available, even for our late check-in. The house is a bit hard to find (Apple maps likely to blame), but the hosts were very available to assist us and we quickly found the property. The power was out upon our arrival, which apparently can be an issue on the island, but that is certainly not within the control of the hosts and was restored within a few hours. Anastasia was very helpful with tons of local recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The house is exactly as pictured, peaceful and private. We were 10-15 minutes away by car from every beach, restaurant and town that we wanted to visit. I'll have memories of this trip for years and years to come!

A Slice of Heaven with Unforgettable Views — We just returned from a stay at this amazing property, and I can't recommend it enough! The cozy space and breathtaking 280-degree terrace view made every sunrise and sunset feel magical. I loved sipping my wine while taking in the stunning scenery at sunset. The location is also fantastic, just a stone's throw from the best restaurants in Porto Cervo. If you're looking for a peaceful escape that feels like home, this is the spot! Also Anastasia was very welcoming and responsive. I can't wait to return next year.

We spent a few days in Anastasia's house. The house and the view are really beautiful and the sunsets fantastic. The house is very comfortable, quiet, modern with a superb garden near the beaches. All equipments are there, the description of the pictures corresponds to the reality. Anastasia is very pleasant and efficient, responsive communication, always attentive suggesting places to visit. A very warm welcome from the whole family, it feels like home! If you want to have a unique stay, we recommend!

This place was very clean, modern and beautifully designed and decorated. There are 2 bedrooms - one suite with bathroom and one room has a separate bathroom outside of a room. It is in a quiet area on the top of a mountain with beautiful views of changing colors of surrounding nature. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Car is definitely needed. Taxis are available but expensive. Beaches are around 10-15 minutes drive. The best beach for us was Romazzino - easy parking and access and available services - beautiful sand and clear blue water. We loved this place and would definitely visit again.

This is a terrific place, located in beautiful surroundings, very quiet & peaceful and safe. You are located towards the top of one of the hills overlooking Porto Cervo. The house itself is "remote", but you can get to town (Porto Cervo, Arzachena) very quickly to enjoy the great restaurants and beaches (or you may just want to spend all of your time at the house!). It looks exactly like in the pictures — very clean, very spacious, with great amenities. The pool and deck area were great. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking/reheating (no microwave). There was also an outdoor grill (we didn't use it). The welcome gift basket was superb. Beds were medium/firm, comfortable, and large. Bathrooms were clean. Wifi was excellent. Laundry (washing and dryer) were also excellent. Anastasia and Michele were very responsive and helpful. If you want a peaceful and luxurious experience in the heart of Costa Esmeralda, this is the place for you - highly recommended!

We expected the house to be great along with great views, but the photos cannot render how great the view is around this house. It has a 270 degree view all around that spans from the sea on one side to the mountains on the other. It is truly spectacular! You feel like being at the top of a mountain. The house itself is free of clutter and has a contemporary finish inside. We appreciated the 2 king-size beds in the two bedrooms. The location in Santa Teresina is ideally located, it is only a few minutes from the closest beaches and gets you close to a variety of restaurants all around. Anastasia and her husband were always very responsive with every inquiry and made sure that every question was addressed to ensure a great experience for us. We will definitely go back to this house in the future.

What a beautiful little home. The house felt clean when we walked through the door. There was plenty of space both inside and out and the views and gardens were beautiful. The house is about a 10-15min drive from most restaurants and town. Anastasia was quick to reply and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and beaches.

If you've found this place you've likely stayed at a number of Airbnb properties and have found that the pics and descriptions don't always match — sometimes shockingly so. That's definitely not the case here. Michele and Anastasia have a stunning, beautiful place here with views to match. The house is modern and easy to feel comfortable in pretty quickly. It's very peaceful, secluded and quiet — which is exactly what we were looking for. You're somewhat centrally located (near Porto Cervo) to a number of activities and a bit of shopping, with no more than about a 15 min drive. Honestly though, this place was made to relax in, so you likely won't be out and about too much — and if you are, you'll be ready to get back to that pool 🙂 Overall a great place with great hosts who felt committed to making sure you were comfortable in their property while you're there. We'll likely be back next summer!
